If I forget to present my LoyalTea Card at the time of purchase, can I get the free drink reward credit later?
All requests for LoyalTea Card credits must be made within 7 days of your purchase by mailing your original purchase receipt along with your full card number and contact information. We will not be able to issue credits for receipts mailed after 7 days of the original purchase. Sorry, we can only issue credit for free drink rewards. What happens if I lose my card?
If your card is registered, you can report the loss by filling in this form. The balance of the card will be frozen, transferred to a new LoyalTea Card and mailed to you. Sorry, we can only replace registered cards.

Where can I buy, reload or check my LoyalTea Card balance?
You can buy, reload or check your LoyalTea Card balance in any of our cafés or on our website.

Can I transfer the balance from one LoyalTea Card onto another?
If your club card has a balance of $5 or more, you can transfer it onto another LoyalTea Card by filling out this form.
