Returns & Exchanges
Here at Argo Tea, we believe that our customer's satisfaction is a top priori-tea! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable).
If your order arrives and the items are incorrect or arrive damaged, please email the Customer Service TEAm at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 312-553-1550 ext. 107. Our department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
The following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Returns that are determined the error of Argo Tea (because they are incorrect or the items arrive damaged), can be sent back to Argo Tea using our convenient pre-paid FedEx shipping label. To request a shipping label, please email us at email@example.com
- If you want an exchange or refund, please mail your return to:

- Returned items must include the packing slip and a reason for the return in order to be processed.
- Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on financial institution.
- Be sure to return the items in their original packing materials, if possible, and ensure the items are protected before they are shipped back.
