Steamed, frothy milk is gently poured into cooling Armenian Mint tea and earthy, stone-ground Matcha and slightly sweetened with mint syrup.

We truly played the matcha-maker when we paired wild Armenian Mint tea with traditional Japanese Matcha green tea. Armenians have long steeped the mountainous mint for its various health properties, from aiding digestion and relaxation, while Matcha retains all the antioxidants and nutrients of green tea because the leaves and stems are ground together and completely ingested. We combine this delicious and healthful pairing with creamy milk and sweeten it up just a bit with all natural mint syrup. Add a whipped cream swirl on top and it is *chef's kiss*.
