Our Nilgiri black tea in the Carolina Honey grows in the carefully cultivated hills of Tamil Nadu state in southern India, at high elevation among rolling clouds of mist. The fully oxidized tea produces a cup of clear, dark amber brew that is intensely aromatic and low in tannins—perfect for iced tea.

Despite the global popularity of green tea, Japan exports only a small percentage of its domestically grown tea to the outside world. The Sencha in our Green Tea Ginger Twist comes from Ise Bay in Mie, Japan—known for ancient and sacred shrines. The Sencha is grown using the best of traditional tea growing practices and modern agricultural technologies.

The hibiscus tea in our Hibiscus Tea Sangria and Hibiscus Tea Squeeze originates from Burkina Faso and is both organic and Fair Trade certified. The delicate petals of hibiscus flowers are gently dried, resulting in a tea with floral, fruity aromas, a tart flavor profile and rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

Our flavored teas blended with whole pieces of dried fruits. Our Fruit Sangria loose leaf tea in Hibiscus Tea Sangria has real pieces of apples, strawberries, kiwis and other summer fruits and berries that give the tea a complex aroma and taste.

Our honey is Grade A non-GMO light amber wildflower honey, with delicate floral notes and a soft sweetness. It is sourced directly from the beekeepers and minimally processed, ensuring product integrity is maintained throughout the supply chain.
